We hope that you and your loved ones are keeping well during this challenging time.

We miss you all and cannot wait to be back in the salon as soon as we are allowed.


We are sending this email to you, to better understand your needs during this time.


We are working on our website and once we have some feedback fro you and the rest of our salon family, we will be able to provide any advise that is requested on our 'hints and tips' blog page.

One idea that we have, is to provide kerb side or postal delivery of the awesome Philip Martins products, so that you have some luxury during this lock down.


Another, would be to offer your bespoke colour mix to your door. We realise that the desire to touch up your roots may lead some to guessing which colour best matches and purchase box dyes. We use Naturally Derived colour that cannot be purchased online and we mix various shades to create your individual nuance.

*we can offer this service to existing colour clients for root touch up only. Price would include your bespoke colour mix for hairline and parting as previous colour notes indicate, corresponding developer, gloves, tint brush and bowl.

OUR PLAN:

Once we have a date to open and the guidelines to enable us to do so safely, we will call the clients that had missed or rebooked their next appointment first. This will be done as the appointment book schedule sets out.

Our online booking system has been disabled for the time being so that we can correctly allocate timings of appointments to the most safe and efficient manner. It will not be reactivated until we have a handle on this.


We realise that this is going to be quite challenging, but want you all to know that we will endeavour to get everyone an appointment as soon as is humanly possible.
