The Eden Lounge Salon experience is as important to us as it is to you. To help us achieve a relaxing and enjoyable environment, we ask all our clients to please:
Arrive at your appointment on time.
Put your mobile devices on silent and use headphones should you wish to listen to your device.
Come for your appointment alone - this is 'you time' and we do not have the facilities to accommodate friends or family without an appointment.
We are pleased to offer online bookings for your convenience. Please be aware, that the service you book is a fully chargeable appointment for the time and services booked with your chosen stylist. A deposit will be required to complete your online booking.
Any changes will still be required to be made 48 hours prior to that appointment time - Please refer to our cancellation policy below.
No Shows & Late Cancellations
We respectfully ask you to call us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time you wish to cancel or amend.
No shows and last minute cancelations have a dramatic effect on our stylists, as well as the business and will result in charges and/or your booking fee/deposit being forfeited.
It has been necessary to implement a system to reduce late cancelations and no shows.
A bit about COVID and your appointments
Had a positive test? - We ask that you wait 2 weeks from your positive test date before comng back to the salon. If you are having a colour service, you will need a patch test 48 hours before your appointment.
Family/Household cases? - As long as you have had at least 2 vacinations and had a negative LFT the morning of your appointment, there is no requirement to cancel.
Rearranging a booked appointment due to Covid? - Any booking fee/deposit will be carried over to your next appointment within one month of the original. All we require is to attach a screen shot of your PCR result and reply to your appointment confirmation email or send via email address firstname.lastname@example.org to enable us to do that promtly.
Securing your booking
New client appointments and those booked for two hours or greater (unless booked online) will be sent a request to securely enter card details which are held until you arrive for your appointment.
This is held securely by Stripe
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment there is the possibility that your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Lateness effects your stylist and those clients with appointments following on from yours.
We endeavour to run to schedule, however, we will attempt to contact you if your stylist is running more than 15 minutes behind to advise you of this.
Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Eden Lounge Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been finished. We will be more than happy to perform any adjustments in this instance free of charge within 1 week of your original service with the same stylist.
Please be aware, especially but not exclusively, in the case of colour correction or complete colour changes, we can only do what the product and the condition of your hair allows us to do, therefore a further appointment may be required to achieve your desired result. This will be explained in a full consultation with your chosen stylist prior to your first colour service appointment.
For the relaxation of all our clients and the safety of your children, we will no longer be offering services to children under the age of 10 years old unless they are already Eden Lounge customers.*
Pre-booked appointments for children from the age of 10 up to 16 will be available Tuesday - Thursday up until 5pm subject to availability.
Due to insurance we are unable to chemically treat anyone under the age of 16.
*with the exception of The Braid Bar by Erin during the summer holidays.
